Diversity
In order to fulfill the (D) in LeADERS, which is "Diversity", I completed CPD 408- Global Leadership. This course is intended to show different leadership theories and concepts within different societies. The course has prepared me to consider cultural differences, build meaningful relationships with people from different backgrounds and put leadership theories into practice.
Instructions:

For my project, I decided to create a presentation about Egypt. While completing this presentation, I learned a lot about Egypt's history, leadership and culture. This project taught me that all societies and cultures operate differently. With this knowledge, I now know that I should conduct research on different areas before traveling or communicating with people from different regions. Egypt, for example, has certain ways of conducting business, which would be important to recognize if you are an international businessman or businesswoman.
