CPD 400: Foundations of Leadership
This course, CPD 400, is designed to teach students the different theories, traits, skills and history of leadership. During this course, I learned a lot about myself and how I can become an effective leader for any team I lead in the future.

This paper was written to demonstrate how an effective leader can be developed and put into different positions. Certain traits and characteristics within an individual will help determine what sort of leader they will be for their group. Some styles are more effective than others, however, some team members may interrupt tones of voices and directions differently.
